You can thank your stars if your consignment even arrives on time as a courier should. Just take the example First Flight takes a day to deliver a letter from Lucknow to Delhi ,DTDC takes three days .

Hi there! Arun has suggested that you write to them .well I did write to them about the order and its non delivery and this was almost a month back I am still waiting to hear from the top management ( or any kind of management if it can be so called).
