You can thank your stars if your consignment even arrives on time as a courier should. Just take the example First Flight takes a day to deliver a letter from Lucknow to Delhi ,DTDC takes three days .

Hi there! Arun has suggested that you write to them .well I did write to them about the order and its non delivery and this was almost a month back I am still waiting to hear from the top management ( or any kind of management if it can be so called).

I think that the bank has become so big that the indiovidual customers don't seem to matter -unless someone takes them to cour over something. Hi Suketu! As you'd have noticed that 14 August is not any kind of holiday.I waited for more than 1.45 mins and called them twice to follow up .They kept telling me the pizza will be delivered any moment now. You have been very lucky indeed. I did the same thing and also cancelled the membership within three days at the Ansal Plaza ,South Delhi centre.
