Clear from the review that he's a business owner who was promised leads. Why would customer pay 10k?? Searching any product service is not a paid service. And clear that Justdial is doing a cheating business.

If possible talk to the business owner and inform that you'll give wrong info about their company or will say their business is closed. It should be they who worry about it and not you. Say this to justdial people also. If they dont listen, do the maximum damage you can. The business owner should be read more...
