Hmm.. I actually kinda like the 'sit anywhere u want' since I usually travel all alone anyway and tht way I can usually get to choose a better seat than being assigned one next to the toilet.

I think it is about expecting international standards. My BSNL connection has still not been given after 1 year. I have written off the Rs 500 deposit that I had to make when I made the application.
