Hi, 'm ok to connect. I've already lodged a complaint with www.corecenter.org. Do the same, supposedly they help consumers with consumer redressal issues. Yours also happens to be a threat to life issue, you can really take Hathway to task. Start recording all your conversations with Hathway.

There may be one solution to this. Call their helpdesk again & ask the status. Tell them that this time they won't set the time but you will and tell them to send somebody within that day, which if doesn't happen you will ask your bank to stop payment due to the purchase being fradulant. Approach the Consumer Court. Not only for the refund but for them cheating you, especially since they have nothing as such mentioned about what describes whether it is one house or not.
