Thanks dude, I appreciate your response. I tried these steps too, but did not work out. Swear, I was not using the phone at all. I just used to turn it on until it gets off. Guys, the car was completed once I had intimated about the same to Tata Motors. I am happy that they took care of the issue, though it took some time. I filled a new feedback form, the other things were taken care off. The first service was done thereafter, it was done well.

The salesgirl did help us a lot thereafter. I also spoke to a manager (Can't mention a name over the net) in the showroom who assured that it will be dealt within 1 day.
