My suggestion is No for the following reasons: 1) Locality is not very good and there is no way neighbouring village will change in next 5 years 2) Swimming pool above ground level will have its issues of construction after 10+ years 3) The ground has a major stone there hence Sobha took this app read more...

Thanks for such valuable feedback, I have cancelled my apartment due to delays in construction and fighting a case against them in consumer court for holding some amount. Have they repaid your service tax money?

I had a similar experience with them in Sobha Moonstone and I have cancelled my apartment. I have lost some money but I thought it is better to do it rather than do business with 'Cheats' and 'Non Transparent' organization. As you righly said it is too early to judge. By writing review in such short span you might mislead other buyers.

Please dont give up so easily. It is not easy for anyone to take 58 lakhs and runaway without giving apartment. Please approach lawyer immediately and in consumer court these cases are resolved in 1 to 2 months. Try to have a written communication with them that will help you in the court.

I have booked apartment in moonstone in 2006 and till date they have hardly constructed it. After fighting for 6 months they have cancelled it and taken away 80,000 Rs of my money citing service tax and cancellation fees. I am yet to understand how a cancelled apt have service tax.
