Update: Despite several number of follow-ups, I've not received even a reply let alone fulfilment of their promises. cars24 simply doesn't seem to care, now that the deal is closed. Highly unfortunate.
Update: after providing the details that were requested for and after exchanging a few messages via e-mail, I am yet where I was a month ago.
