@benhur1278 i have reconfirmed with the credit card company. they would charge 3.15% interest irrespective of whether its a refund amount or not.
@benhur1278 i know that the money will be reversed to my credit card company. i am not asking for cash/cheque refunds. i have had a similar case of impersonation with Axis Bank, where one employee impersonated as the Branch Manager !!!
