I don't agree with what you said, especially that exercise does not help. I was a happy 130 lbs and over time (about 4 years I moved up to 155 lbs. That's not good for me because I'm only 5'5. I had all those 'Wish I could wear clothes' and never worked out to fit into them again. But then read more...
