Was told last week that the issue is resolved and the money shall be returned to me. Nothing has happened till now. Dont want to try and recharge with 258 to find out if they are still cheating customers or not. Would be good story if Cell Guru/Pehredaar exposes them on national tv. Never mind, sab read more...
I paid up the amount spent by me today and immediately told them to cancel the card. Just hope there is no delay and no cancellation charges :-)

Totally agree with you mahinder.......same happened with me.....have stopped using ICICI all together......opt for better reward card...and send back the payback....
