Hi, your battery is a sealed gel unit, very advanced and safe. Sometimes it can take two goes to get it started, but remember you have a new and tight engine. Economy should improve as well. Sorry, I didn't mean to upset Suzuki GN250 owners. It is the best selling bike here in NZ. But at 6' and over 100 kgs, the riding position is just too cramped for me, and perhaps this affects the steering for me. Your mileage may vary, as they say.
