Improving on streaming is one thing and treating your customer as waste is another. This review basically shows what happen with customer when suddenly, they decide to change the medium. Was it our fault, nope. Did they do anything to sort the issue, nope.

This seems more like a review from radiant group itself. Only review and reveals nothing much. Seems like an attempt to compensate for the bad rating.

Interesting, I did sent some items back to them though not from fedex but BlueDart and this guy never bothered to ask for tin, invoice or any thing. He just come give me a receipt and take the parcel.
Not sure what offended you in this review. You might have bad experience with them. I had average experience with them and hence 3 stars.
Thanks for posting your experience Praveen, but just because YOU got it, does it prove it is same for all? As I said in my review, it all depends upon what item you chose. YOU are at seller's mercy, if he does not ship BigAdda customer can not do anything about it. And that is the sole point of this read more...

Additionally the review by LeelaPradeep also have similar points as Lakshmi's comments. IINM than they all are store employees and we better report the mods about this.
Well this is related to the comment posted by Ms Lakshmi, She joined on Jun 27, 2010, (Yep same day when the comment posted), and did nothing after that. Looks like she is an employee & its better if moderator take a note of such comments and reviews.
