I am surprising that Tikona folk can be rated by more than 0 star.

Have you launched complaint on pgportal.gov.in ?
It is really disappointing that all companies of Tata are downgrading repo of TATA group. I have Tata sky connection. I ordered a gift using earned getoes approx 4-5 months ago. They have deducted 20rs from my account. Dint send the gift till now. And still the complaints are going into the loop.

Now they have mailed me cheque with wrong name and amount detail. I wasted 5% of refund amount to send the cheque back.

I am surprised that @Tikona_TDN are active here to listen user's problem. Still not improving their services. @alok54321; I did the same thing when they dint respond about modem recovery. I purchased HEC voltage converter of 250W output capacity in approx 1100 rs from ebay.in. From the first day it was heating a lot and was smelling too. It worked 7 months and burnt from inside. Its fuse never works. However It is better than maxon voltage converter which just heats nothing else. read more...
