Hello, This is the same issue I faced. My TV has blacked out. (Pls refer to my review under 'amolva') I am thinking of approaching consumer court for this. Also I am making people aware of this through facebook by putting this issue up on each and every samsung page. Hopeless Samsung !!

What a shame... The samsung people are not ready to accept this as their major issue. Many people online and my known have faced this very issue of Display planel. Samsung LEDs are faulty. Samsung should admit this and pay a refund.
