1) I've had no such issues with the sound clarity. If not you may have a faulty piece. Get it replaced. 2) Battery performance is good even with heavy usage of the media player. I get around 2 between re-charges with around 2 hours of listening to MP3s 3) I find the in-ear headset very comfy...the read more...
