Every one is facing this problem, I have uninstalled my app and now ordering from my old grocery store guy, atleast I have peace of mind. Just wasssap them order and it gets delivered when you tell them.

I agree with your story but sad part is and mark my words, you will still buy again from Dmart because we are cheap indians, we look for cheap deals and awesome service. Please remember you can have only one thing at a time, choice is yours what you really want, cheap deals or good service!

look your sorry does not help me. I wasted my 8K behind this crap. In 2 yrs if this device goes down for no reason then its a shame. Do you buy this Marvella UV Water Purifier back, if yes then what's your price ?
