Aftab you are just contacting their customer support, I had similar issue and I escalated my concern to their Operations head but no difference at all. Contact your bank for CHARGEBACK, if you have used credit card...

Your biggest mistake was you bought product from this company, now do not make another mistake by placing a cancellation request and refund. If you do so I am telling buddy you will struggle like me. Neither they cancel your product nor they refund.

Apart from informing are you doing anything? Indiatimes has most useless people as their employees. My product status shows delivered. Who did you deliver and when? I don't think you have answer for this. Again inform your team to provide me with the impeccable resolution.
