If you are so sure of your product and CCTV recording, please provide me the video recording of my sealed Kenstar product : YBH1214349 with the original manufacturing date and import information. You can ask customer to open product in front of courier guy to read more...
@openguru, I completely agree with you, they sell seconds. 3 of my orders are seconds and they accepted it and refunded too. I advise you to open further orders under any video recording and upload it on youtube.
