Pramodjoshi: I think my mail clearly says which of the airline's aspects were satisfying- the flight delay is not one of them- check my mail and convince yourself.

I have once been on a late hour intl. flight where a kid was heavily coughing and indeed disturbing. No one can blame the kid, but lost sleep or quiet cant be recovered from somewhere either.
