You cannot rate the airline bad for honoring their baggage policy. Did they do something outside their defined policy? Why did you assume or expect them to allow you free extra baggage just because you are flying abroad on your second flight with some other airline?

Both LG and Samsung use Korean compressors and other parts so both are the same. Voltas is good but some units are noisier than others - depends on your luck.. The cooling factor depends on many things ... sun exposed roof, large room with less tonnage A/C, inadequate air circulation or hot-spots due to incorrect location of the indoor unit etc. Check the location of the outdoor unit. You cannot expect much from a Korean company. Try Voltas / Onida next time. Watch-out for the noise levels mentioned in the specifications because most Indian brands have just 1 or 2 models that qualify as low noise.
