Finally after repeated emails, the service person visited my residence, and the problem was rectified by replacing some part of the satellite box.
In spite of following up, at last I got a call from Videocon on Friday (23rd July 2010). They promised to send an Engineer to check the problem on Sunday (25th July) between 10-11 am. I am very sorry to state that, as expected, nobody turned up. This is quality of Videocon's pathetic service.
