UPDATE 2: I got my photobook today after couple of more follow ups. the quality is bad. many photos have got people's faces burned up. really shoddy job. CONCLUSION: NEVER order photobooks from zoomin.com. They will only mess up you treasured memories.
UPDATE: I tried itasveer.com and it turned out to be very good and reliable. I ordered few photo prints on19 feb and they have delivered it today (23rd feb). They really WOWED me. Fantastic service. itasveer...keep it up guys.

try itasveer.com buddy. I too faced similar problem with them and then tried itasveer. they are much much better and faster in delivery as well.

yep you're correct buddy. I did the biggest mistake of my life to buy one. For one it doesnot play all the formats. Second their customer care is pathetic. you either need to either take your product to their head office or courier it. how lame is that. My advice...DONOT go for it.
