Dude, seriously, I wrote about my experiences. So you really needn't diss my report. Anyway, I have absolutely no idea as to how the condition is now. Things are gonna change then. Cust care is very responsive. They generally try to rectify the problem within a couple of hours of you making a complaint. Also, speeds vs price is excellent. I am really cursing my luck. It sucks to go to 256K from 386K. Good luck dude. :D

@pumpii Agree wholeheartedly. This is an excellent connection. amazing latency, great speeds (384Kbps), excellent customer service all at a very very reasonable price. By far the best ISP if u're looking for an unlimited connection.
