Mouthshut is such a manipulated website. It is just listing positive feedback but never listing negative feedback.

Got refund for the services which were not honoured.
I am re-iterating, its PATHETIC Customer Support. Nobody has contacted me to look into this issue. I have raised 3 different complaints and all of them are in 3rd Level escalation, but still no one from MMT has bothered me to give a call to refund the amount.
