Following up on my review, we finally got the duplicate copies of our ticket a day before the flight. Had to go to the airport the night before just to collect the tickets.. An article in an Indian newspaper today says there are already many cases filed against makemytrip by people who have not received refunds as promised. I guess makemytrip is used to court cases now.. I hope it is forced to shut down someday by the court of law..
