Looks like you are like me; a lover of betki! Try making a batter of flour, lime,salt, white oil and beer. Marinate betki Fillets in this batter for an hour or so in cold. Fry these in moderate heat till brown. The experience and the taste will remain unforgettable.

Dear brother Yogesh Let us not be unduly harsh on the waiter. Human beings do make mistakes.The service of the waiters in Mainland China in Calcutta is excellent and their professionalism is one of the best. Sorry for the tragedy that befell your Mom. Hope she has recovered by now.

I read this book about 20 years ago and came to love the author.His other book Lust for Life on Van Gogh is also remarkable. However this book gave a never ending love affair with Robert Graves and his Greek Myths. The present review is accurate and precise. Do keep writing. regards
