finally, I did receive the call apologizing for the inconvenience caused. However, I still don't think I would ever use MERU.
Guess what! till date I didn't receive a call back from the customer relations and today i.e on 27 Apr when I checked with the complaint's dept, Suhasini informed me that there is no complaint lodged and eventually she lodged the complaint.
