I guess the main problem is that they changed your set top box, but they didn't change the wiring from the dish antenna to your settop box. For a normal settop box it is only one cable, for HD you need two cables running from dish to your settop box. It is not sufficient if they just change the box. read more...

Mr.Vijayanth, when I bought the TV they sold me Philips brand. The have to stand by their brand. Also, the service is not handled by even Videocon.
