my order no.2014060070378029 serious the rep who spoke to me from the complaints team was very rude he told me to send an e-mail for the refund and also told that if not send they will keep the money with us and just think Sr. Supervisor is talking like this its a 3rd grade customer service talking read more...

i completely agree even i have faced the same embarrassment my order no. 2014060070378029 first a wrong product was delivered to me and later i received a call from the finance team they asked me send them an e-mail or else they will keep the money with them this was the response from the Sr Supervi read more...
