One of my relatives had taken a home loan from ICICI of 5 lakhs, he says that he has paid more than 3 lakhs already and out of that only 40,000 has been paid as principal amount, the rest is interest! Processing Fee of Rs. 62k???? Are you really serious? I feel terrible reading this, that a bank can decide to not give you the loan after verbally clearing it.... I would beg to differ here from ipspati.... I joined 3i Infotech in Bangalore one year ago and I was immediately deputed to Chennai (Old Mahabalipuram Road office)....
