Tikona is the worst company ever I experienced, it's been 5 months and I didn't got refund even.

Yes same SMS to me as well daily after my complain filed but never resolved. The worst service I ever had from any company. I would strongly appreciate if Tikona internet works for 24 hours without interruption !!
Even company executive told me to cancel order...rather than offering some good service.
Okay, I canceled the order and got from amazon with one day delivery option with additional pay of 99 rs. Better than waiting and getting false commitments.

Totally agreed, same happened with my samsung grand 2 mobile order. No shipment till the day of delivery and each day same reply, will be shipped today even after they do not have the product.
