Shameful that these people don't care even after customer complaint. My next step is going to log complaint in local police station
After messaging Mr. Nixon multiple times and giving enough opportunity to Mr. Nixon and Mr Anita. I have finally and formally filed complaint against them on National Consumer helpline. Its been 1 year and more than 1000 calls, i still haven't received my money back....as they are unable to send any maid. I will keep people posted on the status every 15 days.
