I had to pay 50,000 and my insurance 1,50,000 to repair my car. Agarwal packers - did not even offer an apology!!!!

They charge you for insurance but dont do it. You cant ask them to show insurance papers. Cheats.

Absolutely pathetic serivices of agarwal packers and movers. Also no ethics, courtesy or consumer orientation throughout the company. Phone calls not picked up, mails not replied to, top management equally bad and powerless. Stay away

I had the misfortune of moving my goods from Delhi to Bangalore through Agarwal Movers and Packers DRS group. The frustration I had to deal with them for my household goods is only half the story, they just stop picking up your phone in case there is any issue and dont compensate for the damages but read more...
