Got the refund. My Trip ID is 1007296784. Would have been nicer if this had not happened. My account got debited, I still had to buy the ticket for which I had to find new money. If I wait for your refund, then the fare goes up! Thanks

Interesting point of view. The industry that he is in, his goal is to sell more tickets. Aamir has been great at that. About the films, I share your views. I fully share ur dislike. Disgusted with their service, I surrendered the connection. My deposit was sitting with them. Repeated personal followups, letters had no impact. Extremely well articulated and analysed. I agree that it is better to wait, see and then take a decision. However, if as you premise, the add on services like SMS etc are restricted to Reliance alone, it is a waste! You lose your money and end up with a showpiece!!

I agree with Kamini. All the new banks are good at selling but very poor in service. ICICI bank seems to be a part of the family which wants to do everything badly! I recommend HDFC Bank to her.
