This is really a stupid fake review. Xicom has very bad working culture. Each and every employee is only frustrated with their non sense policies. Xicom fools its client by showing fake estimation and number of resources assigned to the project and once payment is done they don't work on the project read more...

Xicom is the worst company. Employees are frustrated. They fool their clients by saying that e.g. 3 resources are assigned to their project but hardly 1 resource works on that project that too 2-3 hours a day. Once client makes payment then they put the project on hold. Thus client suffers and also read more...

There is no employee named Neeraj at Xicom. I have worked there for 3 years and found that they have worst environment and working culture. How many fraud ids do you guys have? It is completely a lie. Project managers over there have ZERO technical knowledge. They create false image of project progress in front of client.
