I would have done many mystery audits with same money that WeMarkIndia has blocked for more than 7 months now. Phone/sms and emails went unanswered for months.

Beware about WeMark. Feedback from Minakshi is either put by wemark themselves or she is very very lucky. I have done mystery audits for them in Sep-2015 and have not received payments till May 2016. I have contacted them through SMS, email and phone calls but nothings yields results. They are shame read more...
BEWARE - WeMark have not paid for visits done in Sep-2015 and it is May 2016. I have done email folllow ups, phone calls, sms etc. They acknowledge that they have delays in payment and it will be released soon but payment never makes it to your bank account. @saumyagupta23 - I talked to the management including their ADMS, HR person, markettting and Finance folks. They are good at nodding their heads in agreement but in reality nothing moves. My ward got admitted to this hospital a few times afterwards but they probably choose to ignore rather than acting on their weak areas. I had similar experience what Mr Patahk explained above. I have also written my review with bullet points. I also observed that Senior consultant billed the patient twice a day just for spending 1-2 minutes. If you are really interested in fixing the issues, please fix it for everyone rather than selected cases. My ward first got admitted in Apollo on 4th April and the situation is more or less same as on 20th May 2010 or may be worse. Getting an ambulance was not hessle-free.
