I agree with Mr. Iyer's comments that it was a good company, but in past and as this CVC acquisition has happened, whole management is on heels to show them profits and thus squeezing out core values and even resorting to Unethical practices, which not today but in longer run, will backfire. Just to update you some realities about Ness, they had Pune Centre few years ago and then closed it.
