Thanks Nishant, this was really helpful. I have raised a chargeback against the company as you have suggested. However, I am told that the merchant can dispute the claim and then I will need to raise a cyber crime complaint. Is this true? hi there danny, the only reason i was not more elaborate about the bike was coz the others before me have described every inch of the bike right from the optoprism headlights to the stylish tail lights. and for me, 50+ mileage is very good coz i dont get to drive at a steady 40 kph at all. i drive read more...

Hi there, Its indeed sad that your particular bike has these problems. I am sure its not common cuz I have the same bike too. Just hang in there. Hopefully the mechanic should be able to do a good job and u will start to enjoy your bike!!!
