Good to see the consumer rating of these cheats called Infibeam go down. Not surprising that their customer support (who always used to give same false assurance) have disappeared from Mouthshut. They don't refund money or replace any faulty item as advertised. They are biggest cheaters amongst all online shopping sites. Any purchase other than COD is risking your money. Good review exposing the truth! Totally agree with you. Not just books, I ordered electronics and got a defective item and lost 5000. Some have been cheated with broken water purifiers. So they cheat and sell defective damaged and used items in almost every category as is evident from reviews here. read more...
