I'm experiencing the same. Got a good shoe at a good price. But was delivered an old shoe. They sell used shoes it seems. As per their TAT it takes 16 to 17 days to re deliver a deficient product. Pathetic. Never again. Better to buy from a store. It's instant.

why dont you write to M & M. They may be able to help you in case you are feeling cheated. I sold my Scorpio due to all these issues with the dealer service issues.

Soniya Bhandup is the worst dealer. I purchased my new Electra and was shocked at their behavior, gave them strong feedback and they improved marginally. I regret i went there.

The scorpio dealer who i purchased my car from has shut shop, now no one knows who is going to get the RTO job done as the car is hypothecated to a bank. Extremely poor show of customer service .
