They are cheating people. Even I am facing similar problem. They are not providing service and also not replacing the kit. Am struggling with them. Better don't buy this product

I know that I am posting very late... The issue got resolved. Siemens replaced the drum. I think the issue was resolved around July 2012. After that I am not facing any issue.

Good.. be thankful that IFB worked for 10years... I had bought siemens and it stopped working (drum broke -- shoking) in just 3 years

From my personal experience, the customer service is poor.

I too think that this is posted by Siemens marketing guy. Because within 3 years, the drum is broken... never heard of such problem from other washing machines.. Also, the customer service is very poor.
