Worst customer service and the product is not WORTH for the price and maintenance cost. When I returned from US 1 yr before, this name was familiar for me. I am seraching for WM. Based on my analysis either LG or BOSCH are the ones I have sorted. I am inclided to BOSCH by its brand. Need to explore on their customer support in Bangalore. Also I use more white but dirt clothes for washing. Need to see how this works out.
