You atleast got your money back, its been 2years they have not paid us the reimbursement they promised. We have been calling and visiting them. Fraud these people are. They should be taken to court and heavily penalized.

I agree with you that casa retreat has failed to provide a good service. Unless you get totally frustrated or tired of following up with them, nothing will move.
