This review is absolutely fake - I am sure this has been return by that cheat Ravi or one of his cronies. DO NOT BELIEVE SUCH REVIEWS AND BE FOOLED. THESE PEOPLE CASA RETREAT) ARE NOTHINGS SHORT OF CHEATS AND LIARS. THEIR RIGHT PLACE IS IN THE JAIL.
Casa Retreat is a company that cheats people and robs them of their hard earned money as well as piece of mind. The police should raid the so called company, seal it and put these criminals behind bars. It is really surprising how they continue to exist and cheat people.

I myself am a victim Vacation Credit Card - I unfortunately paid the full amount of Rs 29000 in 2007 - so far I have been able to make only one trip to Munnar and the hotel (if it can be called so) was PATHETIC - infested with bugs and cockroaches - is this 3 star as per their contract ??????????
