Shocking to know you people found this place costly. If you want the rates to be lower than this you should coose places which give do not give importance to quality of food. Like the road side ones.

The reason is to encourage people in being adventurous at least when they are on a tour. And make children admire nature instead of just lazily watching TV just lake they do every day. There were about 6 lamps when I visited. They could have had inverters but emergency lamps are similar to inverters what is the problem in using a emergency lamp.
