It seems Snapdeal doesn't inform banks about EMI. They dont even mention payment mode in order detail. Nowhere it says that order to be paid using EMI. No proof with us.

ceebee10 they mark order shipped without shipping it, so you won't be able to ask for refund! It is not courier's fault. They can get tracking no. much before actually shipping it.

they put fake shipping info. don't respond. delay shipping. send used item. dont respond. dont care about customers. they wont call or reply you back! refund is hassle too for large amounts.

They had said me they shipped, but courier told me they got item after 5 days. They mark shipped so you wont be able to cancel. They even sent used item & do not respond anymore. They even give fake shipping info.
