Suggest you take this up with the Insurance Company who issued the policy at the highest levels. TTK is just the TPA and their mandate is obviously to make less payments!

Oh and I also forgot to mention that there were other families at the TPA desk also desperately trying to get the approvals! I think the problem is more if you have taken the insurance online from some small city like Lucknow, where TTK does not have an office and then you take treatment in Mumbai!
Swill, you were lucky to get the claim. I guess that as it was due to an accident, they could not ask any unnecessary questions. But even if you did get the claim, shouldn't the process be easier for the patient and his family... after all the patient is sick, his family is tense and the last thing read more...

I had the same experience. Their marketing agents are most polite, but once the sale is done, we get to see the true face of SBI cards! Their collection agents are rude and abusive, and can't differentiate between a sincere guy who wants to pay but is temporarily in a tight spot, and a thief. Then a read more...

thanks rohit! and reviews don't actually affect a film's commercial performance... Case in point - Khalid Mohammed's review on 'Malamaal Weekly' in DNA where he rips the film - and the film is a SUPER HIT...! I have not yet seen the film but I am sure that it must be quite funny! Will catch it soon!
Thank you for taking the reviews in the right spirit! This site is one where we can be ourselves... and rohit and me may think alike but rest assured we are different (look at the pictures!) and we have not even met!
And when I like a film, I appreciate it too! I liked Bluffmaster (see my review) and I also liked 'Taxi No.9211' though I have to review it...

The film's structure is not completely linear plus the story is not the usual. If Saif Ali Khan had not been in the film, the film would mainly have been seen at festivals.
