My story was the same as what you mentioned or even worse. I've been fighting with them for past 3 months to correct their billing or even better, trying to talk to sane person in that organization. I think their call center people plain incompetent and very veru rude.

I too gone through the same experience. I'm not sure all Subways in India are like this but definitely the one in Panjagutta, Hyderabad is horrible and total waste of money.
