Complaining? Is there any point? I am not complaining... I am just sharing my experience. BTW, I found booking a cab quite difficult... why would I try 'inquiring' their business and operation model? Why act the analyst, unless they ask (and pay) me for it? Which I guess they would (should) do, only read more...

Oh BTW... i was referring to Bangalore in specific. Not sure about other cities. They started off so well here too... Alas... all good things come to an end... but this one was tragic!
Hey hey - Pallavi22, when was the last time you tried booking? Also, to where? IMO, they love to ply to/fro BIAL only. Try hiring them within City... World-class act no doubt - of disappearing that is! Just to get the record straight - you don't work with Meru right?
