There is no point in discussing with nodal officer of MATRIX They are expert in fooling people. DONT BUY MATRIX SIM using your passport in any country you can take SIM & data plan of that country for emergency use you Origin country Mobile services atleast you will be SAFE

According to tariff i shuld have been billed for 4MB at SGD1.35 per MB but matix cellular has forcefully activated 100mB plan. I have not opt activated any internet plan as per tariff sheet I should have been billed @SGD 1.35 for 4MB. Its bad I paused my account and later they suspended now forcing me renew to get lost days. No collection of latest movies , new release come on Dish before 70mm get CD :))

Agree Salesperson is not reachable after they recieve money. You need to constantly followup. if u order movie it doesnt reaches in time. No gaurantee. Try once if u dont bother about your hard earned money.
